Beauty Gallery offers waxing training otherwise known as waxing workshops; on completion you will be certified to offer waxing treatments for your clients.  Our experienced Tudors will guide you through a range of procedures we offer Body Waxing, Brazilian and facial waxing, you can have training in a group or individual (one on one). 

You will be informed about health and safety issues, the importance of client consultation, why we remove our hair, cultural and personal preferences.  The importance surrounding correct skin preparation.  You will learn about the different types of wax and how they work on certain areas of the body and hair types.  Aftercare is covered. 

Sterilisation and single use instruments will be explained to you to ensure council satisfaction, the different ways to sanitise and disinfect your work area; safety in the salon and professional salon conduct is an important part of the training for you to be successful in your new career. You will learn the difference between Depilation and Epilation; hair types and structure, Hair growth stages and Contra-indications. 

Procedure, application and the step by step treatment process will be demonstrated and taught to each student.  When you take the hair removal and waxing training workshop you will be taught to wax Arms, Legs, Underarm, face including chin, upper lip and brows, Bikini and Buttocks, this course is hands on and requires you to bring two models which you will learn all the new techniques of waxing, also you will learn several different methods of waxing, mentioned above. 

The Brazilian workshop will cover Brazilian waxing, you will need to bring a model for this training, a beauty therapy qualification or a previous body wax course is a prerequisite before attending the Brazilian Waxing Workshop.  Facial waxing will cover the Lip, Chin, Eyebrows and Face, once again you will need a model.  Unlike some companies, we will provide you with the in depth knowledge of theory as well as “hands on” practical training. Theory knowledge will provide you with the necessary tools for your client and will guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
